Summary: This house is in a great location to the ski areas and downtown. It was a short walk to the Main Street and less than 2 miles from the ski mountains. The shops downtown are amazing and have something for everyone. The host was exceptional and inviting. She quickly responded to any questions I had. The home was comfortable and cozy for our family. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities was like no other. I thoroughly enjoyed the coffee bar which provided quality coffee and a variety of flavored creamers. Another favorite was the kids bedroom! The kids were entertained on our downtime with the foosball table! A great experience had by all for the long weekend.

Summary: Powder Mill did not disappoint! We had a blast over President’s weekend. The home had everything and more! We really appreciated the extra large Brita water filter in the fridge! Powder Mill was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It’s a short walk, on sidewalks, down town! Would definitely stay here again:)

Summary: We had a wonderful weekend at the house. I was a perfect winter getaway, The house was very clean and comfy. We loved the proximity to all that Ellicottville offers. Our son enjoyed the video games. It as also great the we were able to bring our dog with us. We will be back.
